Private lunch in Paris with a group of Wealth Management Advisors

Last week in Paris, we hosted a private lunch with a group of Wealth Management Advisors, together with Origeen Capital.

The objective was simply to take the time to go through the key dynamics of the UAE real estate market, with a particular focus on Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and to discuss openly how these markets actually function today.

Most of the discussion was driven by the questions around the table, all of them relevant: market depth versus perception, secondary market liquidity, rental dynamics, cycles, risk factors, governance, and how UAE real estate can realistically fit into a diversified portfolio for European investors.

These exchanges help us clarify our convictions, challenge assumptions when needed, and keep our analysis grounded in facts rather than narratives.
